Prepare Util-linux for compilation:

The meaning of the configure options:
--enable-write
This option allows the write program to be installed.
Compile the package:
make
To test the results, issue:
chown -Rv nobody . && su nobody -s /bin/bash -c "PATH=$PATH make -k check"
Install the package:
make install
