Even if you don’t like the structure or the default look, you have to admire IceWM for its speed and low profile. And if you check out some of the custom themes Albi has been posting on the later pages of this thread, you might change your mind.

There are also a lot of tips on setting it up, getting a background in place, getting screenshots, and so forth. So don’t feel like you’re marching into uncharted territory. There are a lot of good ideas in there.
